I'm a different man. I'm a changed person. " Will Dancing With the Stars season 30 be an all-star season? Despite its star-studded casts, DWTS has only done one all-star season before: Season 15 back in 2012. Its cast consisted entirely of previous celebrity contestants from across the years, vying for the win once more. We're now 15 seasons past that point. If the show was consistent with when it did all-star seasons, plus the fact that this is a milestone mark for the series, it's not out of the realm of possibilities that we could see another season of returning celebs. Head judge Len Goodman could not be a part of the season due to the fact that he could not travel to the United States from London. This was because of travel restrictions brought on by the pandemic. " Derek Hough did such a good job judging this past season that it may be in the show's best interest to keep him in place of Len. Who Was Eliminated from The Masked Singer Last Night? (ABC/Laretta Houston) Dancing With the Stars has seen a slew of changes for season 29. Even at the (newly socially distant) judges' table, we have a new face in six-time champion Derek Hough and a new hair color in silver fox Bruno Tonioli. But eagle-eyed viewers have noticed different looks also coming from Carrie Ann Inaba too. On Sunday, Inaba posted an Instagram pic of her dressing room. Behind her blonde bombshell look is a series of mannequin heads sporting different wigs, from bobs to bangs, with the caption, "Which one of you is next? " Related: Everything We Know So Far About Derek Hough's Return to the Dance Floor This was a surprising revelation to DWTS fans, as Inaba has said in previous posts that, unlike other female celebrities, she doesn't wear wigs.

Originally, the show had planned for Derek to be a temporary fill-in judge due to Len's inability to travel. Now, concerns are rising about Len's return to the show. Many are worried that it may not be safe for Len's health as he is 76 years old. Although Len is seen as a " legend " on the show, in light of the fact that he is the head judge, times are changing. Len's fellow judge Carrie Ann Inaba has pushed for Derek's stay on the judging panel. She has even shared that the season's success is, in part, thanks to Derek's spot on the judging panel. It's hard to say how long it will take before it's safe for Dancing With The Stars head judge Len Goodman to return to the show. Even if the decision to keep Derek Hough as a judge is made, that does not necessarily mean he will replace Len. There have been four judges on the show before. Derek's sister Julianne Hough was the fourth judge on the panel from seasons 19-24. It seems as though Derek may be following in his sister's Dancing with the Stars footsteps.
