You will have the opportunity to gain great experience working here. The hospital is growing on the adult and pediatric side and great things are in store. This hospital was a very good place to learn. They are constantly offering further educational opportunities. However, there were some supervisors that would make life difficult if you didn't fit into their group. Reminds me of high school. This job made me realize how much I love Phlebotomy. I didn't really have any issues except with 1 person there. I was new, and getting the hang of everything and she just didn't feel like I was up for it. She talked about me behind my back but was sweet and kind to my face. She would even help me when I needed help. But like I said, this was the best job I ever had, and that was my only problem. I'm grateful that i was part of this company, nurses and other staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways.

Its all about money and not the care of the nurse or the patient. They do not care about anything other than that. Will not work there again. No room for growth if your not the right race. If you want to work at a low position all your career then this is the place for you. It doesn't allow people of any color to advance into higher rolls. • Responsible for the coordination and provision of the appropriate support functions for anesthesiologists in all clinical practice settings throughout the hospital that utilize the services of an anesthesiologist. • Stocking anesthesia machines with necessary anesthetic equipment • Working with other anesthesia personnel with scheduling • Conducting machine checks to make sure anesthesia equipment worked optimally I would refer friends and family to work here. They have great benefits and hours. I have learned so much in my time with this hospital, many friends and great exp from this place. I learned alot as a phlebotimist at st. francis, I met alot of nice people and alot of nice patients.
I learned a lot about the heart hospital and it was helpful for me because I was in school. They offer great benefits, are very family oriented, and provides you with job security. My issue is with the department I work for, not the health system all together. Pros Shift differential, Pto, healthcare and benefits 3 shift every day, I work day shift, 6:AM to 2:30 PM, 30 mins for ocking material items before lunch, pull the orders and deliver later. The leader give us work list every day, and tell us how to metimes we help each have team meeting every month.
